Each design is validated against the requirements that are documented in the Design Project Plan (DPP). We have two temperature chambers as well as a shock and vib table to validate before doing any off-site regulatory testing. Thermal IR imaging as well as simulation software is also utilized on a requirements driven basis.
We have 2 temperature chambers for validation of operating and storage temps. Most designs are required to run -40°C to +85°C

Each design is fully functional tested against the design project plan for final validation
We write our own test code to uniquely match our designs providing complete test coverage
Utilizing software simulation, we can guarantee by design using constraints based approaches
CSA, Industry Canada, FCC or UL, we can assist in getting the required certifcations.
Ready For Production
Our validation process typically transfers to the production enviornment to supplement our QA Process.
